Application Fees 2009-2010
Levine Academy requires various fees for application.
Application Fee
- New applicants are charged a non-refundable application fee, which is not applied toward tuition.
- Early Childhood Center applicants: $200
- Beck Lower School:
- Kindergarten & Grade 1: $100 plus
$275 CATS Testing Fee paid to CATS
- Grades 2 - 4: $200
(includes testing fee)
- Middle School applicants: $200 plus $80
ISEE testing fee paid to ESEE.
- For families applying for Financial Aid, a reduced application fee is available. Contact the Business Office at 972-248-3032, ext. 109.
Enrollment Fee
- A $50 fee is required to enroll upon acceptance, which is not applied toward tuition.
One-time Building Fee (subject to change)
- New families entering an Early Childhood Center five-day program or above are charged a one-time, non-refundable building fee of $500 that is added on to tuition.
Security Fee
- A $125 security fee will be charged to each family.
Additional Middle School Fees
- Parents with students in sixth, seventh, or eighth grade may be charged additional fees for student trips. The amount of the additional fee is dependent upon monies raised by parents and students during the school year.
Tuition Notes (subject
to change)
- The oldest child enrolled in Levine Academy will pay full tuition. All other siblings
will receive a $600 discount per child ($300 for 2 and 3 day students).
- Tuition includes book usage fees and field trip fees for K-8. It does not include school supplies.
- 6th grade Tuition includes $500 to be applied to the 6th grade trip.
- 7th grade Tuition includes $1,200 to be applied to the 7th grade trip.
- 8th grade Tution includes $1,200 to be applied to the 8th grade trip.
- Tuition Refund Insurance(optional): We have
made arrangements to protect your family’s
tuition commitment under the Tuition Refund
Plan through A.W.G. Dewar, Inc. The cost is
2.8% of the annual
tuition. The Plan becomes effective August
1, 2010 in the event of the student’s inability
to attend due
to covered medical reason. The non-medical
coverage does not become effective until the
student
has attended more than 14 consecutive calendars
days. The % paid varies, please stop by the
